AXA Roadside Service for Electric Vehicle (EV)

✔ Immediate assistance by AXA authorized technicians in case of breakdown

✔ Deliver your EV on a flatbed truck to the nearest repairer authorized

✔ Deliver your EV on a flatbed truck to the nearest charging station

✔ Replacement car rental, transportation or accommodation if the vehicle repair takes more than 24 hours

Remark:

● AXA Roadside Service is provided for breakdown incidents which are not caused by accidents.

● The Roadside Service is provided only for 4-wheel vehicles.

● “Vehicle” stated in this document shall mean any vehicle that is insured with the company.

● This service is not include the cost of spare parts replacement.

● The Company recognizes the customer's address as indicated in the insurance policy as the customer's permanent address unless the customer notifies prior to the emergency incident.

● Customer can use Roadside Service provided in Thailand only.

● For point 5, base on repair assessment by AXA Roadside Service.

● Term and condition are as specified by the Company.

● The Company reserves the right to change all or any part of term and condition without prior notice.
