AXA PA SME We Care Group Accident Insurance for SMEs

Group accident insurance for schools is a type of coverage that protects against loss or damage resulting from bodily injuries caused by any kind of accident. The protection applies both during study hours and while participating in various activities, whether inside or outside of school hours. It also includes coverage during travel between home and school, as well as on field trips.

The AXA PA for School group accident insurance plan does not include an accident insurance card. Insured persons may receive medical treatment at any medical facility of their choice and then submit the required documents to the company to claim reimbursement.

AXA PA for School group accident insurance is a policy under which the insured is required to pay medical expenses upfront and then submit the necessary documents to the company within 30 days from the date of hospital discharge. The company will then process the claim and reimburse the insured within 15 business days, provided that all required documents are correctly submitted and the claim is verified to be covered under the policy.

In the event of an accidental injury, the insured can submit a claim within 30 days from the date of hospital discharge, together with the following documents:

• A completed claim form signed by the claimant
• A medical certificate or physician’s report stating the main symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment
• Original receipts itemizing medical expenses
• A copy of the insured’s ID card, signed and certified as a true copy
• A copy of the parent’s or guardian’s ID card (in case the injured is a child), signed and certified as a true copy
• Any other documents as required by the company

The company will pay the compensation to the insured within 15 business days after receiving all correct and complete documents and after verifying that the claim is covered under the policy.

In the case of death due to an accident, the teacher, parent (father or mother), or insurance agent must notify the company as soon as possible and submit the documents to the company within 30 days from the date of death of the insured, together with the following documents:

• A completed claim form completed by the claimant
• A copy of the death certificate
• A copy of the autopsy report, certified by the investigating officer or the issuing authority
• A copy of the police daily report, certified by the investigating officer
• A copy of the insured’s ID card and copy of the house registration marked “deceased”
• A copy of the beneficiary’s ID card and house registration
• A letter of appointment of an estate administrator, in case no beneficiary is specified
• Other documents (as necessary) as requested by the company

The company will pay the compensation to the insured within 15 business days after receiving all correct and complete documents and after verifying that the claim is covered under the policy.
